•	He had scholarship from National Research Console of Canada and Graduate studies of university of Windsor.
•	He was the first rank at Tehran Polytechnic and third rank in National University entrance exam in 1967.

His field of study is Two-Dimensional Digital Signal and Image processing.
His Linear optimization approach to the Design of 2-D Digital Filters is a base for Neural Network optimization in the area of Artificial intelligence and face recognition.
Dr. Mazinani holds a Patent and copyright on  "Pan and tilt of a selected window in a digital image”. He published more than fifteen papers and book. He was the Editor and Co-Founder of Electronics monthly magazine in Iran.

Dr. Mazinani Works for ZORAN International Corporation. He is designing algorithms for digital Video Enhancement PEP and evaluation systems of HDTV. He holds a Patent of this invention.

•	Olympic of Asian as Technical Manager; One of his outstanding performances was the design, installation and broadcasting operation of 7th Asian games.
•	Technical manager of Radio and TV centres, Kerman and Kurdistan.
