suitable for its activities in North part of Toronto with the following boundaries:

South: Lawrence Ave. (North York) 
 North: Elgin Mills ( Richmond Hill)
 West: Dufferin ( North York & Vaughn)
 East: HWY 404 and Victoria Park (Markham & North York)

This area has the highest number of our community members being resident.

 Preferably between Yonge and Bayview at North of Steels.

 
We need at least 10-15,000 ft2. Ready building for our immediate use

and prefer with land about 1.5- 2 acres”
